Pixie Summer Camp 2023 Weekly Themes
Week 1: 7/5 - 7/7 Rainforest Rangers
Our Campers will discover the sights and sounds of the Rainforest. We will explore the different types of plants, animals and insects found within, as well as use the rainforest as an inspiration for arts and crafts, science and snack projects.
Week 2: 7/10 - 7/14 Awesome Artists
Our Pixie Pals will get creative and messy with paints, crayons, sensory objects and other hands on materials. Campers will let their creative juices flow especially while designing their own Tie Dye Camp shirt!
Week 3: 7/17 - 7/21 It’s A Small World (Disney)
This will be the happiest week on earth at Pixie. We will use some of our favorite Disney characters for inspiration in arts and crafts, science, games and gross motor skills.
Week 4: 7/24 - 7/28 Creative Cooking
Our young chefs with learn how to make kid friendly recipes and design their own recipe book to take home. Can’t wait to see what our Pixie pals will mix up!
Week 5: 7/31 - 8/4 Voyage to Outer Space
Space is the place to be this week. From rockets to alien invasions, star gazing and moon rock treasure hunts. This week will be out of this world!
Week 6: 8/7 - 8/11 Down on the Farm
It’s a barnyard bonanza this week. Veggie painting, Farm animal Bingo, Muddy pigs and animal Guess Who? Corny Crafts and cowboy hats! It’s sure to be an udderly amazing week!
Week 7: 8/14 - 8/18 Let’s Go Camping
We are sure to have some happy campers this week constructing tents, picnicking and outdoor fun and games. They’ll be plenty of time for campfires, storytelling, a pajama party and a hot dog lunch. You can’t ask for any S’more fun than that.
Week 8: 8/21 - 8/25 Beach Bash
Let’s bring our sunny spirit this week! Get ready for some fun in the sun for our last week of camp! We will have our own Pixie style Beach party on the last day of camp!
